Most likely! We have a pretty far delivery radius but you should definitely check the map found on our product page when you click “place my order”. If your address is in our delivery radius, then your delivery is included with the price of the wood. If your address is outside of our radius, there is an additional $75 fee you’ll need to add as a product to add to your cart when you follow the check out process. At this time our software is not smart enough to read your address and make that selection for you so you have to add it to your cart. If you process an order outside of the radius without adding the additional delivery fee we will cancel your order.

We deliver seasoned hardwood, ideal for fireplaces, firepits, and wood stoves. The wood consists of mixed hardwoods that have been split and seasoned for 1-2 years. It burns longer, cleaner, and hotter than softwood — perfect for cozy nights or backyard gatherings.

Yes! All our firewood is properly seasoned, meaning it’s been dried for optimal burn quality. This reduces smoke and ensures a safer, cleaner, and more efficient fire.

We prefer that your stacking location is within 100 ft of the truck.

We fill our trailer full of wood and drive to your location and get as close to your stacking location as we can get. We will use wheelbarrows if needed.

If your stacking location is not gated or locked then no, you do not need to be home! When you place your order you will give instructions where you want it stacked. If you do want it stacked where you’ll need to give us access, we will coordinate a time with you for your delivery.

We’d be happy to! Just write that in your preferences form during the check out process. Our team will coordinate with you to deliver when you’re home and can give us access.

Yes but it’s not required. If you want to schedule a specific day and time you can call us at our office with the phone number you’ll receive in your order confirmation email.

This is largely dependent on the time of the year you’re placing the order. The fall season is when we get the most orders and lead time can be 5-7 business days.

Other times of the year it could be 1-3 business days.

We are happy to accommodate an urgent order if you have an event or use wood to heat your home. But you’ll need to share that urgency with us in your checkout instructions and/or call our office to inform us of your urgency.

No, we are not a retail location. Delivery and stacking is included with the price.

Yes, you can pick up to 3 locations assuming the stacks are relatively near each other. If they are far apart we may need to charge and additional fee for additional work.

Thankfully that’s not a common issue for us! But if for any reason you are unsatisfied we will correct the problem or refund you if it’s not an issue we can correct.
